Everton have re-signed winger Jack Harrison from Leeds United on another season-long loan. The 27-year-old winger played a pivotal role for the Toffees last season, making 29 appearances in the Premier League, scoring three goals, and providing three assists.

Harrison is Everton's second signing of the summer transfer window, following the acquisition of central midfielder Tim Iroegbunam from Aston Villa. This season will mark the last at Goodison Park for Everton as they prepare to move to their new stadium.

“It’s brilliant to be back," Harrison expressed to Everton's official website. "Everton is a great club, there is a fantastic group of lads here, and I'm excited to get started again with a full pre-season of training. The last season at Goodison Park has to be a special one for everybody, and we'll definitely be wanting to make the most of those games like last year and create more memories."

Reflecting on the past season, Harrison noted, "We can take confidence from last season, but I think there’s a lot we can improve upon, as well. I know defensively we were very sound last season, but on the attacking end, I want to be able to add more to the team and improve my numbers with goals and assists."

Harrison's football journey includes being part of Leeds' promotion-winning squad in 2020. Over three Premier League seasons with Leeds, he scored 21 goals and provided 16 assists in 107 top-flight matches. After Leeds' relegation at the end of the 2022/23 season, Harrison joined Everton on loan, scoring against his former club Manchester City and aiding Everton to a 15th-place finish.

Everton's pre-season preparations begin with a fixture away against Salford City on July 27. They will kick off their Premier League campaign at home against Brighton & Hove Albion, followed by matches against Tottenham Hotspur and AFC Bournemouth – two teams Harrison scored against last season.
