David Raya Clinches Castrol Golden Glove in Debut Arsenal Season

Arsenal's goalkeeper, David Raya, secures at least a share of the Castrol Golden Glove, with 14 clean sheets in his debut Premier League season. 

Raya's achievement is solidified as his closest contender, Jordan Pickford, concedes in Everton's recent match against Luton Town, making it impossible to surpass Raya's clean sheet count.

Raya joins the ranks of Arsenal goalkeeping legends, Wojciech Szczesny and Petr Cech, who previously won the award in the 2013/14 and 2015/16 seasons respectively, boasting 16 clean sheets each.

He becomes the third Spaniard to claim the prestigious accolade, following in the footsteps of David De Gea, who won it twice, and Pepe Reina, who achieved the feat thrice consecutively from 2005/06 to 2007/08.
