Ansu Fati is injured again. The forward, who joined Brighton on loan from Barcelona, is suffering from a hamstring injury. For that reason, Fati has to be out of the field for three months, confirmed Brighton coach Roberto de Zerbi.

Fati last played for Brighton last month. The coach said about this forward who missed the last three matches of the team, he needs three months to recover. This is bad news for us. Because he was playing well. Understanding was growing.

Abhishek Fatir made his Barcelona debut in 2019 at the age of 16. At that time he was also considered as the next Lionel Messi. When Messi left Barcelona in 2021, his number 10 jersey was also given to Fati.

But he could not hold on to the potential of the start. Fati's injury-proneness played a role in this case. He was out of the field for 9 consecutive months in the 2020–21 season and three consecutive months in the 2021–22 season. Despite returning fit for the 2022–23 season, Xavi did not gain the trust of Hernandez.

The forward, who grew up at Barcelona's La Messia academy, played just one 90-minute match all season, making 12 appearances in the starting XI. He was asked to look for a team saying that there will not be many opportunities in the 2023-24 season as well. Fati was eventually sent on loan to Brighton for a year in the latest summer transfer.

The 21-year-old Spaniard has started well for the English club. He has scored 4 goals in 14 matches in all competitions, including three in the last seven matches. That rhythm has now been disrupted after he left the field after digging his leg in the match against Nottingham Forest on November 25.

Brighton is at number 8 in the Premier League with 25 points after 15 matches.
