In return, the organization will provide all arrangements related to the expedition, including accommodation on the ship, meals, training, and expedition equipment.

It states that on the first day, the passengers will have to be present at the Saint John's harbor in the city of St. John's. The journey will start from there, and they will go to the site of the Titanic wreckage. It will require a journey of 400 nautical miles in the sea. Although the organization had previously announced that this expedition would be "indefinite," the news agency claims that an advertisement seeking assistant pilots was posted on the organization's website when the search for the lost wreckage was underway.
