 Jungkook is bringing a solo album

The renowned band BTS, known for their critically acclaimed music, is coming up with their first solo album. According to a report in the South Korean news media Sports Chosun, Jungkook, a member of BTS, will release his album on July 14th, which will also include an English language song.

After the news was published, BTS's agency Big Hit Music confirmed the matter in a statement today, Sunday, stating that the album's release schedule will be announced after the finalization.

Last month, in several pictures shared on Scott "Scooter" Braun's Instagram, Jungkook was seen at a Los Angeles' Lost Angeles recording studio.

Jimin and Suga took temporary breaks from the band in June last year to focus on his solo career. J-Hope, Jin, RM, Jimin, and Suga released individual songs and albums during the break. Now, Jungkook has joined that list.

At last year's opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup held in Qatar, the 25-year-old star performed the official song "Dreamers" and received praise.

In June of last year, Jungkook released a song titled "Left and Right" with American singer Charlie Puth, which was his first song outside of BTS. The song was on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

After surpassing the 10th-year mark, the popular band BTS completes 11 years. To commemorate their 10th anniversary, on June 9th, BTS will release a song titled "Tech Two." The song features vocals from Suga and rap by RM and J-Hope.
