How did the titan get lost near the wreckage of the titanic? How did you get to the bottom of the abyss?
The American Coast Guard believes that at the time when powerful signals were detected, something happened with Titan. It is speculated that the diving vessel was submerged under intense water pressure. The exact nature of Titan's submersion is currently under investigation. There is also an increase in mystery surrounding it. The remnants of Titan, found 1,600 feet away from the Titanic's wreckage at the depths of the Atlantic, have been claimed by the American Coast Guard. Five pieces of the 22-foot diving vessel have been recovered, but no trace of the five divers has been found. The possibility of recovering their bodies is gradually diminishing, according to the Coast Guard.
British diver Hamish Harding's Instagram post quotes the American Coast Guard, stating that on June 18, at 12:00 PM GMT, five divers were taken to explore the remnants of the Titanic at a depth of 13,000 feet in the Atlantic. The support vessel "Polar Prince" stationed on the surface was supposed to send a signal every 15 minutes to Titan. However, communication with Titan was lost around 2:00 PM. It was planned for Titan to return by 7:00 PM, but even after the designated time had passed, Titan did not return, and the news reached the American Coast Guard.
Despite the passage of 24 hours, there was no communication with Titan. On June 19, the United States and Canada launched a search for Titan. A sound detection device was sent 4,000 meters deep into the ocean. According to CNN and Rolling Stone Magazine reports, through that sound device, several loud noises were heard at intervals of about 30 minutes. It was determined that the source of the sound was a remotely operated underwater vehicle sent into the deep ocean on June 21. Titan had about 96 hours of oxygen. However, after losing communication, three days had passed, resulting in a decrease in oxygen levels. Therefore, two more remotely operated underwater vehicles were sent for rapid recovery. However, no trace of Titan was found. On June 22, at 3:48 PM local time, the American Coast Guard reported that the remains of Titan were found.
The American Coast Guard and marine experts believe that at the time when powerful signals were detected, something happened with Titan. It is speculated that the diving vessel was submerged under intense water pressure. This type of diving vessel is made of carbon fiber and titanium. If there is any defect or any way it gets trapped, there is a possibility of submersion. Perhaps this is how the last moments of the diving vessel unfolded. Surviving in such water pressure is not possible for any human. However, it is believed that the absence of marine creature remains is another reason, suggesting that they did not find any prey in their path.
