Two British individuals, Timothy Sadarn and his wife, along with another woman, attempted to consume 21 cocktails of beer and brandy in Jamaica. Unfortunately, Timothy, a 55-year-old man from Staffordshire, managed to drink 12 cocktails out of the total. The challenge was presented to Timothy as part of the celebration of his birthday, where he met the two Canadian women.

These two women challenged Timothy to finish consuming all 21 cocktails before midnight. Although he successfully completed 12 cocktails, it is unknown how quickly he consumed them.

Afterward, Timothy went to the Royal Decameron Club Caribbean Hotel in St. Ann. It was there that he passed away. According to a pathologist in Kingston, his death was caused by severe gastritis resulting from alcohol consumption. The preliminary investigation revealed that Timothy had consumed brandy and beer since morning.

A member of Timothy's family stated, "Timothy was feeling unwell. I called for an ambulance, but they did not respond." Another family member claimed that the hotel's emergency staff did not take sufficient care of him. They mentioned that a nurse was sent by the hotel management, but when asked to call an ambulance, she refused.

Suddenly, Timothy's body temperature began to decrease, according to his family members. The nurse stated that she could not find his pulse, but she claimed that he still had one.

Timothy's family members have complained that the nurse did not receive adequate training.

In order to facilitate the repatriation of Timothy's body to the United Kingdom, his family has opened a page on the GoFundMe website, seeking assistance.
