The 2024 UEFA Euro qualifiers will begin in June. The French football team has announced a squad of 23 members, keeping two matches of the qualifiers in mind. Due to injuries, two experienced midfielders, N'Golo Kanté and Paul Pogba, are not included in the squad. They were also unable to play in the 2022 FIFA World Cup due to injuries. They were part of the team that won the 2018 World Cup.

Due to their injuries, Coach Didier Deschamps did not include Kanté and Pogba in the squad. However, Wesley Fofana has received a call-up again. Before this, Fofana had never been called up to the French team, even though he had an impressive performance in international football in March. He had to withdraw his name from the squad due to an injury.

For the 2024 Euro qualifiers, France has welcomed back Christopher Nkunku and Ousmane Dembélé to the team. The attacking unit is led by stars like Kylian Mbappé and Olivier Giroud. They are accompanied by Kingsley Coman, Marcus Thuram, and Randal Kolo Muani. In defense, Fofana plays alongside Theo Hernandez, Jules Koundé, Ferland Mendy, Benjamin Pavard, Dayot Upamecano, and Axel Disasi.

The midfield consists of Eduardo Camavinga, Youssef Fofana, Adrien Rabiot, Aurélien Tchouaméni, and Antoine Griezmann. The forward line includes Kylian Mbappé, Kingsley Coman, Ousmane Dembélé, Olivier Giroud, Marcus Thuram, Randal Kolo Muani, and Christopher Nkunku.
