The relationship between Lionel Messi and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has come to an end a few days ago. Now, another star footballer is about to conclude his chapter with PSG. Sergio Ramos has bid farewell to PSG.
Yesterday, Ramos announced his departure from PSG through social media. Today's match against Clermont Foot is the final match for this Spanish defender in a PSG jersey. The PSG-Clermont Foot match marks the end of the season in Ligue 1. Yesterday, the Spanish defender wrote on his Instagram, 'Tomorrow is a special day. I bid farewell to another stage of my life. Goodbye PSG. I don't know how a person can feel in their own place. But truly, PSG, the fans, and Paris were remarkable. Thank you for two special years, in which I played in all tournaments and gave my all.'
Mañana será un día especial, mañana diré adiós a otra etapa de mi vida, adiós al @PSG_espanol.

Christophe Galtier confirmed the news of Messi's departure from PSG in a press conference the day before yesterday. The PSG coach said, 'It has been my opportunity to coach the best player in the history of football. The match against Clermont Foot will be Messi's final match at Parc des Princes.'
Both Ramos and Messi joined PSG in the 2021-22 season. Messi ended his nearly 20-year relationship with Barcelona and joined PSG, while Ramos joined PSG after spending 16 years at Real Madrid. After two seasons, both are bidding farewell to the Parisians. Ramos played 57 matches, scored 5 goals, and provided 1 assist in a PSG jersey. Like Messi, Ramos won two Ligue 1 titles (2021-22, 2022-23) and one Champions Trophy in a PSG jersey.
