A wealthy Pakistani industrialist on the missing submarine, too, is out of touch while visiting the wreck of the Titanic
The remains of the Titanic were explored by a private submarine during which one of Pakistan's wealthiest industrialists, Shahzada Dawood, was on board among five passengers. His son, Suleman, was also with him. A statement has been issued by the family on Monday, informing them that communication with the submarine was lost within two hours. Limited information is available regarding the matter. Government organizations and maritime exploration agencies from various countries have joined forces for a joint operation. The Shahzada family further expressed their gratitude to all colleagues and friends for their concern and requested everyone to pray.
The Shahzada Foundation has invested in the fields of power, agriculture, petrochemicals, and telecommunications in Pakistan. By the end of 2022, the organization's revenue was 35 billion Pakistani rupees. Shahzada's father, Hussain Dawood, was listed among the richest people in Pakistan. It is known that Shahzada studied in the United States and Britain.
The submarine "Titan" started its journey from St. John's, Newfoundland. The submarine had 96 hours of oxygen supply for emergency situations. Experts estimate that some amount of oxygen has already been used. It is believed that approximately 70 hours of oxygen may still be remaining in the submarine.
The British billionaire businessman, Hamish Harding, is on board the submarine. At 59 years old, Harding enjoys participating in expeditions to accumulate new discoveries and experiences. Just last Sunday, he informed the media about his intention to visit the remains of the Titanic.
